I watched Jon Foster-Pedley’s keynote address at the Skills Development Summit 2016 and was blown away by how he captured his audience and the way he washed his tales of inspiration over them. I grabbed the chance to interview him later that day for an hour-and-a-half and it was a thrill to be exposed to such a beautiful mind. Foster-Pedley is the Dean and Director of Henley Business School, Africa, part of the University of Reading.
